Graciela Selaimen is a journalist, with a degree in Marketing and specialization in Local Development with a Gender Perspective (ILO), and is currently a master’s student at the Communication School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Graciela is the Executive Coordinator of Nupef - Rits' Center for Research, Studies and Capacity Building focused in ICT for Human Development and Internet Governance and Rights. She is also the Editor of Rits' on-line magazine and Rits' website, as well as the communications manager at Rits.
